The Process

It all starts with the first best call you can make, by calling POOLDIVER.COM at 203-913-1582
You will be speaking with the owner,Andrew, the proffesional scuba diver that works fulltime year round on swimming pools and water features, at residential and commercial sites.
The call will contain friendly inquiries into your pool and the service required.
I will ask a few questions, no forms to fill out, the questions are simple and directly related to your pool.
Questions like:
what type of pool do you have, vinyl gunite fiberglass, with or without spa or other.
How often are you adding water
Approx age of pool
If it is known, who built the pool
How long you have been with the pool, just bought house, just built pool, many years etc.
do you have a service company, with weekly service , or who opens and closes the pool.
Has there been any significant work done to the pool recently, new liner, new plaster, drained and cleaned.
Has the pool been empty recently.
Have you ever had a diver in the pool before, for any prior issues.

disussion will conclude with the scope of work required and the cost and day and time the pool is available for my services, often this is the same day as the call, as it is very important to mitigate potentialy harmful or more costly repairs as result of putting off the diagnosis/repair
